Q.💖About full customization
A.Yes, it's possible! We can create designs based on your preferences, including specific colors, adding glitter, and etc., to make an original design just for you.
【Procedure】
①Please send us reference images・color swatches, Color chart numbers and your requirements via Inquiry
②Once you receive confirmation that your design can be created, please proceed with the purchase process from Here.
③Completing the purchase process, please send us your "Order number" and "Name" via email.
【Designs not supported】
・Designs with too thick layers of gel
・Designs with fully covered stones
・Designs using special stickers or parts (If you provide the materials, we can discuss accommodating certain designs, so contact us）
・Designs that violate copyrights (Detailed character illustration or logos are not allowed, but we can work with preferred colors and atmospheres)
Our nail tips can be bent over 40 degrees to fit your natural nail curve, enabling most designs.

Q.💧Does nail glue come with first purchase?
A. Yes. Specialized glue is included with your first nail tips purchase, along with wooden sticks, nail files, and alcohol pads for application, all free of charge.
Q.✂️I want to shorten the tips
A.【Shortening through our shop】
After completing your purchase, please contact us through Inquiry with your ①Order number ②Name, and specific instructions such as ③ "shorten the right thumb by 3mm".
- Free customization is available for up to 2 pieces of nail tips.
- For 3 to 10 pieces of nail tips, additional purchase of "length adjustment (¥1,500)" is required.
- We accommodate both "Medium Oval" and "Short Round" types
【Using a nail file】
- Use the included nail file to gradually file down the base of the nail tip from the underside.
- Use a fine-grit file to refine the edges for a cleaner finish.
- Avoid filing the tip or the surface to maintain strength.

【Using Size Confirmation Tips】
Our recommended method: Order size confirmation tips (included with your purchase at no extra cost) and place them on your natural nails for measurement. Register 20 tips, a mix of medium and short sizes for both hands, from thumb to pinky, on My Page.
【Using a Tape Measure】
Use a flexible tape measure to measure the widest part of your nail along the curve. Alternatively, use masking tape or string to mark the ends of your nail, then measure with a ruler.
When unsure, opt for a slightly larger size.
Don't forget to input your nail sizes in the designated section on My Page during checkout.

Q.🦶Do you have nail tips for foot？
A. I'm sorry, but we do not offer foot nail products. Thank you for your understanding.
Q.💅Types of tips
A. At EVERNAIL, we offer two types : "Medium Oval" and "Short round".
Sizes range from 0 to 9, totaling 10 sizes.

◆How to use nail tips
Q.🖐️Applying nail tips

we include a leaflet with instructions on how to apply and remove gel nail tips with your purchase.
Q.💧Do I have to apply glue to the entire nail tips?
A. Yes. To ensure a proper application, generously apply adhesive not only to cover your nail but also across the entire underside of the tip. Allow the adhesive to dry completely, ensuring there's no residual stickiness. This comprehensive application ensures a seamless fit and minimizes any gaps between the tip and your natural nail.
【Here are some tips for the adhesive】
- Apply adhesive in the following order: 5 dots on the underside of the tip, 5 dots on your natural nail, 5 dots on the underside of the other tip, and repeat for the other hand's nails.
- After 1 to 2 minutes, gently touch the adhesive with your nail. If it feels dry without any stickiness, it's ready for application.
Keep in mind that drying times may vary, especially in colder or more humid conditions.
Q. 💪How to bend nail tips
A. At EVERNAIL, we use special material tips that become flexible at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.
Before applying them, gently warm the tips with a hairdryer or warm water to make them pliable, ensuring they conform better to the curve of your nails.
This method reduces the risk of the tips coming off or lifting.
※ Please refrain from using water hotter than 80 degrees Celsius, as it could damage the coating.
Q. ☹️Tips come off & Lift
A.Before applying gel nail tips, use the included alcohol pad to remove any oils from your nails, then attach them using the specialized adhesive provided.
While they are relatively resistant to water and won't come off during daily activities or baths, they may occasionally come loose with strong impacts. Therefore, we recommend carrying the specialized adhesive with you.
If the tips start to lift, gently warm them with a hairdryer or warm water before application to conform them to the curve of your nails. EVER NAIL uses special material tips that become pliable at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.
※ Please refrain from using water hotter than 80 degrees Celsius, as it could damage the coating.
◆📦Shipping・Delivery
Q.📦About Shipping・Delivery methods
A. For deliveries within Japan, purchases of 15,000 yen or more qualify for free shipping. For international orders, free shipping is available for purchases of 32,000 yen or more. For orders below these amounts:
- Within Japan: Flat rate of 185 yen via Click Post (delivery within 1-2 days after dispatch, including weekends and holidays).
- International: EMS (Express Mail Service) with delivery times varying from approximately 2 to 14 days depending on the destination. Shipping fees are determined by the recipient's location.
Q. 🕐How long does it take for the products to be delivered?
A. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes around 2 weeks (including production time within 14 days and 1-2 days for Click Post delivery). For international orders, delivery usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks (including production within 14 days and approximately 14 days for EMS delivery).
※ If you opt for the additional "Express Delivery +1,000 yen" option, your order will be dispatched within 5 days!
Q.📦My order was returned
A. If it has been within a week, please request redelivery using the missed delivery slip left in your mailbox. For items returned to EVERNAIL due to prolonged absence, we will store them for one month. Please contact us via the inquiry form below.
◆📩Inquiries After Shipping
Q.📦My order hasn't arrived.
A. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
While delivery typically takes around 2 weeks domestically and 3-4 weeks internationally, if this period has elapsed, please contact us through the Inquiry form.
Our business hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (excluding weekends and holidays).
Q.📩Haven't received order confirmation email
A. An order confirmation email is sent immediately after placing your order. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam/junk folder as it may have been filtered there, or there could be a possibility of domain blocking. Please ensure that the domain contact@evernail.shop is not blocked.
If you see the "Purchase Completed" message with your order number after placing your order, your order is confirmed even if you didn't receive the confirmation email.

A. You can view our products directly at our limited-time POPUP events.
Our next POPUP will be held at Design Festa vol.59 from May 18th (Saturday) to 19th (Sunday), 2024. (Location: Tokyo Big Sight Inc.). If you have the opportunity, please come and visit us.

Q.💻Can I buy without registering as a member?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but membership registration is required. Registering your nail sizes on the My Page is necessary to create nail tips that fit you perfectly.
