Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

① Exchanges/returns due to customer's preference

Exchanges/returns due to customer's preference are not accepted. Only exchanges/returns due to defects in the product or incorrect delivery are accepted. Please contact customer support in such cases.

② Exchanges/returns due to incorrect delivery/defective items

We accept exchanges/returns if you request them via email to customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. To return the item, the original packaging and receipt (or purchase proof) are required. We will cover the return shipping cost. Please follow the return procedure below.
