Return Policy

- If the product has no defects, returns are not accepted.

- If the product has defects, returns will be accepted if the customer requests a return via email to the Customer Center within 7 days of receiving the product.

- To return a defective product, the original packaging and receipt (or purchase proof) are required.

- Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email the following information to the Customer Center within 7 days of receiving the product.

Content:

Your full name

●Phone number where you can be reached during the day

●Order number

●Product(s) and quantity to be returned

●Reason for return (description of the issue)


After receiving this information, we will provide you with a return shipping label, instructions on how to send the item back, and details of the return address. Please follow the instructions provided to return the item.

※ Please note that if you return the item without following the above procedure, we may not be able to accept the return.

※ In some cases, we may request photos as proof of the issue or defect. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Exception/Non-returnable Items

I’m sorry, but sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.
