Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping within Japan as well as to most countries worldwide.
Except for certain remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions, we can ship to the majority of countries and regions.

Please note that for international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International: UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc. (varies depending on the destination)

Domestic (Japan): Approximately 1–3 days after shipment (varies by region)
International: Approximately 5–14 days after shipment (varies by country or region)

Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, traffic conditions, holidays, or other factors.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.
You can check the delivery status through the carrier’s tracking website.

Domestic shipping (Japan): 885 JPY flat rate
International shipping (excluding the United States): 3,950 JPY flat rate
United States: 72 USD flat rate

About Missed Deliveries or Refusal of Receipt
If a package is returned due to long-term absence, refusal to receive, or incorrect address information, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
If redelivery is not possible, a partial refund may be issued after deducting handling and return fees.

Address Errors & Redirection
If the address entered is incorrect, delivery may not be possible.
