・One bottle of special adhesive for installation will be included free of charge with your first purchase. If you need additional adhesive, you can purchase it on this website.

・Color and design cannot be changed. If you would like to make changes, please purchase from either the " One Color Order " or " Full Design Order " product page.

・Each nail is made by a nail artist, so it may not be exactly the same as the sample. Also, the color and appearance may vary slightly depending on the lighting in the photo and the color of your device's screen. We create them carefully, but since they are made by hand, there may occasionally be dust or small scratches. Thank you for your understanding.

- Regarding color differences due to differences in lots (production/shipping units of products manufactured under the same conditions), although we purchase the gel used in production from various manufacturers, slight variations in the manufacturing process and various manufacturing conditions may occur. We purchase the same gel, manufacture and check products to minimize color differences as much as possible, and strive to send products that are as close to each other as possible, but color differences due to differences in lots are unavoidable. We would appreciate your understanding that slight color differences may occur before considering your purchase.

・The base tip is made using a mold, so it is slightly shaved to remove any burrs that may occur. Please note that there may be a difference of around 1 mm in length.

- We cannot accept any changes to the design after payment has been confirmed.

・We generally do not accept size changes after registration. However, if it is before the nail artist starts working on the nail, we may be able to accommodate your request, so please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form if you wish to change the size.

- We cannot shorten your nails once they have been made. If you would like to shorten your nails after they have been made, please purchase additional nails individually .

・The delivery address will be the address you registered at the time of purchase. Even if you update your My Page later, the delivery address will not change. If you would like to change the delivery address, please be sure to contact us .

・Please note that we will not accept cancellations, returns or refunds under any circumstances after payment has been confirmed.
