Measure your nail size (3 methods)

1. Size confirmation kit (recommended)

① You can check the size by placing a nail tip similar to the one we actually sell on your nail. Please order a "size confirmation kit" from the website.

We will issue you a free coupon for the size confirmation kit after purchase, so you can receive it for free and same-day shipping!
You can also pay 500 yen in advance and receive a 500 yen coupon later, making it essentially free.

Orders placed before 2pm every day will be shipped the same day! Depending on your address, your order may arrive the next day at the earliest.

② Find the perfect size for your natural nails and record the size of all your fingers. If you are unsure, choose the larger size so you can adjust it later by filing it down.

To avoid any gaps between your nail and the tip, press the tip firmly to ensure it fits snugly.

③ Register the number written on the sizing tips on your My Page.

Finally, be sure to click the "Update Account" button.

If there are no problems with the registration, it will be created automatically, so please wait for it to arrive.

2. Using a soft measuring tape

Measure the widest part of your nails on all your fingers and record it to the nearest 1mm. (If you're unsure, such as 9.5mm, round it up to 10mm.) Measure all 10 fingers.

3. Cellotape/masking tape

If you don't have tape, you can use anything that will cover the contour of your nails, such as string.

Apply tape and mark the widest part of your nail with a pen or marker.

Lay the tape flat and measure it precisely to the nearest 1mm with a ruler. (If you are unsure, please write down the number first.) Measure all 10 fingers.

Register your size on My Page

On "My Page," convert the number of millimeters of your nails you measured and recorded earlier into numbers and enter them.

Finally, be sure to click the "Update Account" button.

Q: Where should I measure?

Please measure the widest part of your nail. This also applies to fan-shaped nails and nail shapes where it is difficult to know where to measure. If you measure at the narrowest part of the width, your natural nail may extend beyond the tip. If the length is a little too large, you can file it down later with the included file to fit the shape of your nail.

Q. What if I'm unsure about the size or the size is in between?

When entering your size on "My Page," you can rest assured that you can fine-tune it by shaving off the smaller or larger size later. Choosing a size that is too large can look unnatural, so we recommend measuring as accurately as possible. If you are unsure, please order a "size confirmation kit." Q. What should I do if my nails are fan-shaped?

The best way to prevent the press-on nails from coming off is to file them down to fit the shape of your nails. If you're not comfortable with the shape of your natural nails and want to keep the original shape of your nail tips, it's fine to leave them slightly overlapping your skin. The adhesive doesn't contain any ingredients that can cause skin irritation. However, please be aware that hot water may get into the gaps while bathing, making them more likely to come off. This moisture can also cause green nails, so we recommend replacing them every few days.

Q. Are there any sizes larger than 19mm nail width (size 0)?

If you purchase the "medium oval" tip shape, your natural nail may be visible if your nail width is 19mm or wider. If you purchase the "short round" shape, your natural nail may be visible if the nail width is 18mm or more. The base tip is made using a mold, so it cannot be made larger. Many people find that a 1-2mm shortness in the nail width is acceptable. If you are unsure, please order a "size confirmation kit." Q. Are there any sizes with nail widths smaller than 7mm?

If the nail width is less than 7mm, the tip will rest a little on the skin, making it appear larger. Since the base tip is made using a mold, we do not offer smaller sizes. However, if the tip is larger, you can adjust it by filing it down with the included file.

Q. What if the nail product I receive is a different size than I expected?

If the nails are larger than you expected, you can adjust them by filing them down with the included file. If they are smaller than you expected, you can accept them, or you can purchase additional nails individually from the product page and we will remake them for you. If you select the option "Loss Compensation + 1,500 yen" when purchasing nail products, we will remake up to three nails free of charge.

Q. I can't tell if the mark I wrote with a pen is inside or outside.

Since you are probably writing from directly above, it would be best to measure in the center of the ink part written with the pen.

Q. The wide part is in a different location. What should I do?

Please measure in a straight line horizontally, not diagonally.

Q. Can I change the size after registering it on my page?

Please be sure to register your size on "My Page" before purchasing nail products. If you wish to change the size after purchasing nail products, please change the size on "My Page" and then be sure to contact us to inform us of the change. We can accommodate this request if it is before the nail artist has created your nails. If the nail artist has already completed the creation, we cannot accommodate this request. If you absolutely must make a change, please purchase the desired number of pieces from the "Additional Single Piece" product page. Q. I would like to order a short round, but the tip of my pinky finger is not long enough. Can I order a medium oval for just my pinky finger?
