・One bottle of special adhesive is included with each nail product. If you need additional adhesive, please purchase it from the dedicated adhesive product page.————————————————————————————————————————— —

・Each item is handmade by a nail technician, so it may not look exactly like the product image. Additionally, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting conditions in the photos or the color settings of your device’s screen. While we take great care during production, dust or minor scratches may occasionally be present. We appreciate your understanding.

・Regarding color variations due to differences in production lots (units of production/shipment of products manufactured under the same conditions): While we source the gels used in production from various manufacturers, subtle differences may occur due to minor variations in the manufacturing process or other production conditions. We source the same gels, take great care to minimize color differences during production and product inspection, and strive to send products with as little variation as possible; however, color differences resulting from different production lots are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding that slight color variations may occur.

・If you select options such as shortening or straightening the thumb, please note that since these are handmade, there may be a margin of error of approximately 1mm. We appreciate your understanding. (Please check the details on each option page for more information.)

・We are unable to modify the colors or layout of existing designs. If you wish to make changes, please purchase from either the “One-Color Order” or “Full Design Order” product pages. ——————————————————————————————————————————

・We cannot accept design changes after purchase.

・We ask that you register your size within one week of purchase. As a general rule, we do not accept size changes after registration. However, if production has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate your request. If you wish to change your size, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form.

・We cannot add customization options after production has been completed. If you wish to add a customization option after the product is finished, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase it separately via “Add-on Purchase (Per Item).”

・The shipping address will be the address registered at the time of purchase. Updating your address later via “My Account” will not change the shipping destination. If you wish to change the shipping address, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form.

・Please note that we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances after payment has been confirmed.

・If there are any discrepancies in your order details, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received your order by the estimated shipping date, there may be an issue with your order details, so please check your email inbox.
