・Each item is handmade by a nail artist, so it may not be exactly the same as the product image. Also, the color and appearance may vary slightly depending on the lighting in the photo and the color of your device's screen. We create our products with care, but there may occasionally be dust or small scratches. Please note.

- Regarding color differences due to differences in lots (production/shipping units of products manufactured under the same conditions), although we purchase the gel used in production from various manufacturers, slight variations in the manufacturing process and various manufacturing conditions may occur. We purchase the same gel, manufacture and check products to minimize color differences as much as possible, and strive to send products that are as close to each other as possible, but color differences due to differences in lots are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding in advance that slight color differences may occur.

・If you select options such as shortening or straightening the thumb, there may be a difference of about 1 mm due to the handmade nature of the product. Thank you for your understanding. (For more information, please check the details on each option page.)

*Shortening and thumb straightening cannot be added to SML orders. If you have purchased additional items, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

・We cannot change the color or layout of existing designs. If you would like to make changes, please purchase from either the " One Color Order " or " Full Design Order " product page.

- We cannot accept changes to the design after purchase.

・Please register your size within one week of purchase. As a general rule, we do not accept size changes after registration. However, if it is before production has begun, we may be able to accommodate your request, so if you would like to change the size, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form .

- We cannot add processing options after production is complete. If you would like to add processing options after the product is completed, please purchase them separately from "Additional purchase of individual units ".

・The shipping address will be the address you registered at the time of purchase. Even if you update it later on your My Page, the shipping address will not change. If you wish to change the shipping address, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form .

・Please note that we will not accept cancellations, returns or refunds under any circumstances after payment has been confirmed.

・If there is a problem with your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If your product has not arrived by the estimated shipping date, there may be a problem with your order, so please check your email folder.
